Transforming Together Ministries (T2) is a faith-based organization addressing the social problem-teenage pregnancy. We are located in the community of College Hill in Cincinnati, Ohio. We house seven first time pregnant teens while they prepare for parenting or adoption. We also assist young fathers in a four-week camp where they can receive job development, life and parenting skills that will prepare them for the birth of their child and help them to become gainfully employed and/or finish school.

Our mission is to enhance the economic and social well being of pregnant teens and their child by informing, influencing, and facilitating services that help them reach their divine destiny that will make a difference in their lives and ultimately in our communities' future.
